In the event of any damaged or missing parts for any item that is delivered by Prime Gift Essentials and any company affiliated with Prime Gift Essentials, we require that photographic evidence be obtained before a replacement will be issued.
We fully understand that some items are fragile and hope that our customers understand that sometimes things occur that are outside of our control. We will always endeavour to solve any issue with damaged or missing items as soon as humanly possible and hope that we cause little to no inconvenience for our customers.
Prime Gift Essentials will only accept returns for the above reasons. Incorrect sizes, change of opinion or any other reason will not be accepted.
If a customer feels that an item has been misrepresented or is not the quality that they expected, please contact your Prime Gift Essentials Representative and they will contact Head Office. In the event that you do not have a Prime Gift Essentials Representative, please email email@example.com or use the Contact Us page. Each of these cases will be dealt with on a case by case basis and entirely at the discretion of Head Office.
Personalised items are exempt from any returns policy, except for in the instance of damaged or missing parts from the products.
All personal messages should be double checked when confirming the order as these are printed exactly as we receive them. If there is a mistake made by Head Office, please follow the Damaged Item policy.
