The Service may store your personal information, such as; name, address, email address, contact information, to enable us to process orders, assign loyalty points, and enable you to create a user account. This information will never be shared with any third party or used apart from with compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR compliance.
How long is your data stored
Your personal data is stored for various lengths of time. Any completed order information is stored for 3 years. This will only be used in compliance with DPA 2018 and GDPR and for bookkeeping etc. Any incomplete orders will be stored for 30 days. After these times have elapsed, all information will be deleted from all servers and no copies will be retained.
Any user information in relation to user accounts or loyalty accounts will be stored for 1 year after the account has been closed. This will be in compliance with DPA 2018 and GDPR.
Your information will never be used for marketing purposes and will never be passed onto any third-parties. We may use your information for analytics and our own purposes within compliance with DPA 2018 and GDPR.
